Mastering diving skills, particularly the technical skills required for documenting underwater archaeological remains, is crucial for the successful execution of any underwater archaeological research. Therefore, in 2016, on the island of Pašman, members of the Institute of Underwater Archaeology participated in a five-day workshop aimed at honing these essential skills under the guidance of Dr. Irena Rossi Radić from the Institute of Underwater Heritage Ars Nautica. Accompanied by our colleagues from Slovakia, specifically Nitra and Trnava, we delved into the fundamentals of underwater archaeological methodology.
