Members of our institute actively contributed to the creation of the exhibition titled “Secrets of Fizine” at the Sergej Mašera Maritime Museum in Piran. This captivating exhibition was open to the public at the Maritime Museum from December 2021 to May 2022, systematically presenting the latest discoveries about this incredibly intriguing section of the Portorož coastline. The central theme revolved around the recent excavations of the Roman-era port, situated not far from the fish farming pools, showcasing a remarkable collection of artifacts unearthed during these excavations.
